Accessibility Statement
Auto Aesthetics Mobile Detailing wants aesdetailing.com to work for everyone who lands on it, including people using a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, magnification, or a phone in bright sunlight with one hand full.

Our Commitment
What we are committing to
We are building this website so that the people who need it can use it, and we are saying that here in public so it can be held against us. Accessibility is treated as part of building the site properly rather than as a box ticked at the end, which means it shows up in how the pages are structured, how the colors are chosen, and how the forms behave.
Why this matters for a mobile detailing business
We come to you. A lot of our customers book us precisely because getting a vehicle to a shop and waiting there for four hours is difficult, inconvenient, or not possible for them. A website that then makes booking difficult would undo the whole point of a mobile service, so the same reasoning that put us in a van applies to this site.
Who is responsible
Auto Aesthetics Mobile Detailing LLC owns this site and owns this commitment. The crew reads what comes in through the feedback channel below, and the site is maintained on our behalf by our web team, so a report about a barrier reaches someone who can actually fix it.
The Standard We Are Working Toward
WCAG 2.1 Level AA
We are building toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. It is the standard most commonly used to judge whether a website is usable by people with disabilities, and it covers things like contrast, keyboard access, text alternatives, and predictable behavior. Read the WCAG 2.1 guidelines at the W3C.
What "working toward" means right now
This is a new website. It has been built with these guidelines in mind, and it has not yet been independently audited against them, so we are not going to tell you it conforms. What we can tell you is what we built for, what we know is not there yet, and how quickly we respond when somebody tells us something is broken.
How conformance will be confirmed
An accessibility check will be run against the finished site, and once it has been, this page gets updated with the actual result and the date it was carried out. If the check finds problems, the full list of them appears in the Known Limitations section below rather than quietly disappearing.
What This Site Is Built to Do
Structure that makes sense without seeing it
Pages use real headings in a logical order, so a screen reader can jump through a page by heading rather than reading every word from the top. Lists are marked up as lists, and the main content sits in a landmark a screen reader can skip to, which is what makes a long service page navigable rather than a wall of speech.
Keyboard navigation and a visible focus state
Every link, button, and form field on this site can be reached and operated with a keyboard alone, in an order that follows the page. Whatever element you are on shows a visible focus outline, because an invisible focus state means a keyboard user is navigating blind even if the underlying markup is perfect.
Text, contrast, and sizing
Body text and interface text are set against backgrounds that meet the contrast levels the guidelines call for, and text is real text rather than words baked into an image, so it can be resized, restyled, or read aloud. The layout is built to hold up when text is enlarged in the browser and when the site is viewed on a small screen.
Images and alt text
Photographs that carry meaning, like a before and after of a corrected panel, get alt text that describes what is actually in the shot. Images that are purely decorative are marked so screen readers skip them, since being read a list of ornaments is its own kind of barrier.
Motion you can stop
Nothing on this site moves, flashes, or auto-plays in a way that cannot be paused or that runs indefinitely, and there is no content that flashes rapidly enough to be a seizure risk. Where a transition or animation is used, it stays short and respects the reduced-motion setting in your operating system.
Known Limitations
The Square booking system
Our booking and payment flow is built and hosted by Square and embedded into our contact page. We chose it because it is the system that actually runs our schedule, and we do not control its code, so we cannot guarantee that every part of it meets the same standard as the pages around it. If the booking embed is the thing standing between you and an appointment, call us at (607) 341-0037 and we will book you over the phone, which takes about the same amount of time.
Other third-party content
Anything else loaded from another company, including social media embeds and mapping tools if we add them later, is outside our direct control in the same way. We will keep this list current as the site grows rather than leaving a stale statement up.
What we have not verified yet
Because the site is new and has not been independently audited, there may be problems we have not found. That is the true position, and it is exactly why the feedback channel below is a real one rather than a formality.
If Something on This Site Does Not Work for You
Tell us, and tell us plainly
Email [email protected] or call (607) 341-0037, Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You do not need to know the technical name for the problem, and "I could not get the booking form to work with my screen reader" is a perfectly good report.
What helps us fix it faster
If you can, tell us the page you were on, what you were trying to do, and what happened instead. Knowing the browser or the assistive technology you were using helps too, though it is not required, since a report without technical detail is far better than no report.
What to expect back
We aim to reply within two business days with either a fix, a plan, or a straight answer about how long it will take. If the problem is inside a system we do not control, we will say so and offer you another way to get what you needed, which usually means booking with a person over the phone.
Getting Service When the Website Is in the Way
Book by phone
Call (607) 341-0037 during business hours and we will take the whole booking on the call, including your address, your vehicle, and what you want done. Nothing on this website is a required step for becoming a customer.
Book by email
Email [email protected] with your vehicle, roughly where you are, and what you are after, and we will come back with a quote and available times. Reply in whatever format suits you.
We already come to you
The service itself is mobile, so you do not have to travel, park, or wait in a lobby. We work at your home or your workplace with our own water and power, which for a lot of people is the part of this that matters most.
How We Keep This Page Current
We review this page as the site changes
Every time the site gains a significant new feature, this statement gets read again and updated if what it says has stopped being true. The date at the top of the page tells you when that last happened.
What gets published after the first check
Once an accessibility check has been run against the finished site, this page will say what was checked, what the result was, and the date. If problems are found, they go into Known Limitations with what we are doing about them.
Our other policies
Our Privacy Policy covers what we do with your information, our Cookie Policy covers what runs in your browser, our Terms & Conditions cover the use of this website, and our Rules and Guidelines page covers the detailing service itself.
This statement is a starting draft and is provided for information only. It is not legal advice.
