Website Terms and Conditions
These terms cover how you use aesdetailing.com, the website of Auto Aesthetics Mobile Detailing LLC. They are written to be read, so the legal shorthand is kept to a minimum.

This is a starting draft and is not legal advice. It requires review by counsel before launch.
Agreement to These Terms
Who this agreement is between
"We," "us," and "our" mean Auto Aesthetics Mobile Detailing LLC, a limited liability company organized in New York and operating as Auto Aesthetics Mobile Detailing. "You" means anyone who visits aesdetailing.com, fills in a form on it, or books through it. If you are using the site for a company, you are telling us you have the authority to accept these terms on its behalf.
What counts as accepting them
Using the site is the acceptance. There is no box to tick, so browsing a page, submitting the quote form, or starting a booking all mean you agree to what is written here as it reads on the day you use the site. Every change gets published on this page rather than mailed out in a notice nobody reads.
If you do not agree with something here
Stop using the site and call us at (607) 341-0037 or email [email protected], and we will talk it through. We would rather sort out a concern directly than have you agree to something you are not comfortable with.
What This Website Does
An information and booking site for a mobile detailing business
aesdetailing.com exists to explain what we do, show the work, and give you a way to reach us. We detail vehicles at your home or your workplace across Broome County and the surrounding area, so the site is the front door for a service that happens in your driveway rather than at a shop counter.
Where our service policies live
These terms govern the website. The policies that govern the detailing service itself, covering scheduling, payment, vehicles, weather, and what a detail can and cannot do to a given car, live on our Rules and Guidelines page. If your question is about a booking rather than about this website, that is the page to read. Read our Rules and Guidelines.
Information on the site is general
Every vehicle arrives in its own condition, so a service page describes how we work in general rather than what will happen to your specific paint, leather, or carpet. The honest answer for any individual vehicle comes from looking at it, which is why we quote after seeing what we are working with.
Quotes, Bookings, and Payments Through This Site
A quote is an estimate, not a binding offer
Any price you see on this site, and any number we send back after you fill in the quote form, is an estimate based on what we know at that point. Vehicle size and the actual condition of the paint and interior move the final figure, and we confirm it with you before any work starts. Nothing displayed on a page and nothing generated by the form creates a contract on its own.
Bookings and payments run through Square
Our booking and payment flow is provided by Square, embedded here so you can pick a slot without leaving the site. Using it means you are also using Square's own terms and privacy practices, and Square, not us, handles the card details and the payment processing. Square General Terms of Service.
What a confirmed booking means
A slot is confirmed once you have gone through the Square flow and received the confirmation from it. If the vehicle turns out to be larger or in a different condition than the booking assumed, we talk to you before anything changes. The service side of what happens next is covered on our Rules and Guidelines page.
Using This Site Responsibly
What we ask you not to do
Use the site for its purpose, which is learning about the service and getting in touch. That rules out trying to break into the site or its systems, scraping or copying the content in bulk, uploading anything malicious, using automated tools to hammer the forms, impersonating somebody else, or using anything here to break a law. We reserve the right to block access if any of that happens.
Information you send through the forms
When you fill in the quote or contact form, give us information that is accurate and yours to give, including a phone number or email address we can actually reach you at. What we collect through those forms and what we do with it is set out in our Privacy Policy. Read our Privacy Policy.
Comments, photos, and anything else you send us
If you send us a photo of your vehicle, leave a comment on a post, or share feedback, you keep ownership of it and you give us permission to use it in connection with running this business, including quoting you or showing a before and after. Tell us if you would rather we did not, and we will not.
Content and Ownership
The copy, the photography, and the AES mark
The writing on this site, the layout, the AES logo, and the photography we own are the property of Auto Aesthetics Mobile Detailing LLC, protected by copyright and trademark law. You are welcome to read it, print a page for your own reference, and share a link to it. Republishing our copy or lifting our photographs for another detailing business is not something we permit.
Photography credited to someone else
Some of the photography on this site was produced for the business by a commissioned photographer and is used under a commercial license. Our ownership claim above covers the material we own, and licensed photography is used with its photographer's permission.
Asking for permission
Email [email protected] and describe what you want to use and where it will appear. For licensed photography, we will point you to the photographer whose permission you need.
Links to Other Websites
Third-party platforms we rely on
Parts of this site load content from services we use to run the business, Square among them. Those platforms have their own terms and privacy practices, and we do not control how they operate or what they do with information you give them directly.
Social profiles and review sites
We link out to our Instagram, our Facebook page, and our Google Business Profile, because the work we post there is worth seeing before you book. What appears on those platforms, including comments left by other people, is outside our control, and a link from this site is not an endorsement of everything on the other end of it.
If a link is broken or wrong
Tell us at [email protected] and we will fix it. The site is maintained by a small team, so a note from a reader is often how we find out.
Disclaimers
The site is provided as it is
We build and maintain aesdetailing.com carefully, and we still cannot promise it will be available without interruption, free of every error, or perfectly current at every moment. We provide the site as it is and as it is available, without warranties of any kind beyond what New York law requires us to give.
What the content on this site is not
Nothing on this site is professional advice about your particular vehicle, and reading a page here is not the same as having us look at the car. Descriptions of what detailing, paint correction, or a ceramic coating can do are general, and results vary with a vehicle's age, paint condition, prior repairs, and how it is used afterward.
Accuracy of prices and descriptions
Prices, service descriptions, and availability shown on this site can change, and errors happen. Where a published figure is wrong, the one we confirm with you before starting work governs.
Limits on Our Liability
What this section covers
This section is about the website. To the fullest extent New York law allows, Auto Aesthetics Mobile Detailing LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of aesdetailing.com, from being unable to use it, or from anything you relied on that turned out to be inaccurate on it. Liability connected to the actual detailing service is a separate matter and is not governed by this page.
Where the limit does not apply
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under New York law, including liability for fraud or for personal injury caused by our negligence. If any part of this section is unenforceable where you live, it applies only as far as the law allows and the rest still stands.
Indemnity
If your use of the site breaks these terms or the law and that causes a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of defending it. In practice that is aimed at scraping, hacking, and impersonation rather than at customers.
Governing Law and Disputes
New York law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law rules. We are a New York limited liability company working in Broome County and the surrounding region.
Where a dispute would be handled
Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of the site would be brought in the state or federal courts serving Broome County, New York, and both sides agree to that venue. Before anything reaches a court, call us, because most of what turns into a dispute starts as a misunderstanding that a five minute conversation resolves.
If part of these terms fails
If a court finds any provision here unenforceable, that provision is limited or removed to the minimum extent needed and everything else stays in force. Not enforcing a term on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce it later.
Changes to These Terms
We update this page as the site changes
The site will grow, and these terms will change with it. When they do, we post the revised version here and move the "Last updated" date at the top of the page, and the version on the page is the one that applies from that date forward.
How to know what changed
Check the date under the heading, and email [email protected] if you want the detail behind a change. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
How to Reach Us About These Terms
[email protected] is the fastest route for anything about this page, a permission request, or a correction. Put "Website Terms" in the subject line so it gets to the right place.
Phone
Call (607) 341-0037, Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are a mobile business, so if we are under a vehicle when you call, leave a message and we will call you back.
The rest of our policies
Our Rules and Guidelines page covers the service itself, our Privacy Policy covers what we do with your information, our Cookie Policy covers what runs in your browser, and our Accessibility Statement covers how we are building this site to be usable.
These terms are a starting draft and are provided for information only. They are not legal advice.
