Book a Mobile Detail or Request a Quote

Tell us the vehicle and the town, and someone from the crew comes back with your price and an open date, usually the same day. No drop-off, no waiting room.

Tell Us the Vehicle and the Town

The form takes about two minutes, and you can lock an open slot or ask for your price first and decide after. Someone from the crew comes back with your price and the open dates that fit your town, usually the same day and always within one business day, and nothing is booked or charged until you say yes to a date.

Why the form asks for the vehicle first

A quote for a 2019 Civic that gets vacuumed every month and a quote for a work truck carrying three summers of job-site dust are two different numbers, so the form asks for the year, make, model, size and condition first. Answering those accurately is what lets us send a price we can hold to.

Rather talk it through?

Call (607) 341-0037, Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are on the road most of the day, so if it lands in voicemail, leave your town and what the vehicle needs and you get a call back the same working day. For a fleet, or anything a manager signs off on, email [email protected] with the vehicle list and photos and we reply with a written quote.

Where we come to you across Broome County and beyond

The six towns we treat as home turf

Binghamton, Endicott, Vestal, Johnson City, Windsor and Owego are the core area, and jobs in those towns carry no travel charge. Most of our week is spent inside that ring, which is why booking there is usually a question of which day rather than whether we can get to you.

The wider radius, and what it costs to get there

We also take work in Syracuse, Ithaca and Elmira in New York, and in Montrose and Scranton in Pennsylvania. Past roughly forty minutes from home base the drive adds $60, and a run out around two hours adds $120. The full fee list is on our rules and guidelines page rather than quoted differently to each customer.

You give us the address, we bring the setup

There is no shop to drive to, because the model runs the other way: you tell us where the vehicle sits and the van comes to it with water, power, chemicals and equipment on board. Your address stays between us and the crew working the job.

What happens on the day we show up

What the crew needs when we pull up

A safe, reasonably level working space is the whole list. A driveway, a parking spot at your office or a patch of the yard all work fine, as long as there is room to open the doors fully and walk a circle around the vehicle. If the spot is tight or on a slope, tell us in the form and we sort it out before the day rather than on it.

How long the appointment actually runs

A full detail runs about 3 to 4 hours. Interior-only work is shorter, paint correction and ceramic coating are considerably longer and get their own block, and a coating also needs roughly 12 hours of curing afterward in a dry spot. You get the realistic window in writing with your quote, because a detailer who quotes ninety minutes for a full detail is telling you what the result will look like.

Home, workplace, or the yard where the trucks sit

Most jobs happen at a house while the customer is inside doing something else, and plenty happen in an office lot during the workday, which is the version fleet customers prefer. You do not need to stand and watch, or even be there the whole time, as long as we can reach the vehicle and hand it back to someone at the end.

What It Costs

Where we publish exact prices

Two pages carry actual numbers. If you are pricing a ceramic coating, our ceramic coating cost page lays out where prices start and what moves them. If you would rather keep a vehicle clean on a set schedule, the maintenance plans page lists the monthly rates in full against the one-time price.

Three things move the price on every job

Vehicle size, current condition and the service itself decide the number. A large SUV takes longer than a sedan on every single step, a vehicle carrying pet hair and ground-in dirt takes longer than one that gets cleaned regularly, and a ceramic coating is a different category of work from an interior refresh. Quoting a flat price without knowing those three would mean padding your estimate or shorting the job.

Questions people ask before they book

Do you come to my house or my workplace?

Both, and either one is normal. The van carries its own water, power and equipment, so all we need is a parking space we can work around. Fleet customers usually pick their own lot during business hours.

What areas do you serve?

Binghamton, Endicott, Vestal, Johnson City, Windsor and Owego are the core area with no travel charge. We also travel to Syracuse, Ithaca and Elmira in New York and to Montrose and Scranton in Pennsylvania, where the drive adds $60 past roughly forty minutes, $120 out around two hours. The full fee list is on our rules and guidelines page.

How long does a full detail take?

About 3 to 4 hours for a full interior and exterior detail. Paint correction and ceramic coating run longer and are booked as their own appointment.

What happens if it rains on my appointment day?

We reschedule you at no charge, with no penalty for weather on either side. Interior work can often continue if you have a garage or another covered spot, so it is worth telling us up front whether you have cover. Exterior work, paint correction and ceramic coating move to the next dry slot we have.

Do you require a deposit, and what if I miss the appointment?

No deposit is required to hold a booking. If an appointment is missed with no notice, or cancelled too late for us to fill the slot, a cancellation fee applies, and both the amount and the notice window are published on our rules and guidelines page.

How do I pay, and what do you take?

Cash, check, credit and debit are all accepted, and payment is due when the job is finished rather than up front. Card and invoice payments carry a card processing surcharge, which covers what the processor charges us and is listed with our policies.
